As an educator, I know how easy it is to put others first and overlook my own well-being. Weekly yoga sessions provided to the staff here at my school have been a game changer. Yoga provides a calm, supportive space to slow down, breath deeply, and reconnect with myself—something I didn't realize how much I needed until I started.
What I appreciate most is that yoga doesn't require perfection—just presence. It is empowering to know that by taking care of myself, I am also showing up as a stronger, calmer, and more compassionate educator. Practicing yoga is a simple way to care for myself and the reset I need to bring my best self to my classroom.

Yoga for Educators has truly transformed my day-to-day life as a teacher. Amid the constant demands of the classroom, self-care often falls to the bottom of the list.
But having yoga come directly to our school has made it possible to carve out 30–45 minutes just for myself—to breathe, stretch, and reset. Hannah’s sessions are thoughtfully tailored to our needs, whether it’s easing tension in specific areas of the body or quieting the mind for a moment of clarity. It’s brought joy, relaxation, and mindfulness into my routine, and I’m so grateful for it.

The Yoga for Educators program has become a meaningful part of our school community. Each week, our staff look forward to this opportunity to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. The sessions have not only supported individual wellbeing but have also fostered a sense of connection and balance among our team.

In a profession that often asks us to pour so much into others, Yoga for Educators reminds us to refill our own cup. We’ve noticed that participating staff feel more centered, focused, and re-energized; benefits that ripple out into their classrooms and interactions with students.

We’re incredibly grateful for this partnership and for the intentional space it provides to nurture both the mind and body. It has truly strengthened our culture of care and wellness on campus.
