We at Yoga for Educators are excited to be offering a class at your school! In preparation for this class, we like to remind people to bring:

Comfortable clothes
-
A water bottle
-
A yoga mat (if you have one; if you do not we will come with plenty to share!)
Other than that, come as you are. There is no experience required, and we will make sure to deliver a class that is at once challenging and grounding, restorative and active.
Before class, we will ask that you sign a waiver. It is linked here. You need sign it only once! We will have a QR code with us as well.
